Robert Lee Huckins appeals the judgment and sentence entered against him for two counts of possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. He argues that the trial court erred by refusing to instruct the jury according to Huckins' supplemental instruction and by refusing to give the jury a Petrich*fn1 instruction. Huckins also claims that the prosecutor misstated the law and consequently engaged in prosecutorial misconduct. We affirm.
