Description
[1] Four assignments of error are made. Appellants first assign error to the trial judges denial of their motion for a continuance. The motion was based upon the fact that their attorney had to argue a case before the Supreme Court during the course of the trial, thus necessitating an interruption of the trial. Appellants fail to mention this assignment at any point in their brief after they listed it as an assignment of error. Because of this failure to make any argument in support of this assignment and because it is not meritorious on its face, we do not consider this assignment. State v. Frye, 53 Wash. 2d 632, 335 P.2d 594 (1959); State v. Williams, 49 Wash. 2d 354, 301 P.2d 769 (1956).
